My stay at Raffles Jakarta was nothing short of really good. The luxurious ambiance blended beautifully with the warm hospitality of the staff. The only tiny hiccup was quickly addressed, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way.

I had a fantastic stay at Raffles Jakarta! The customer service was great, with staff treating me like royalty throughout my visit. I enjoyed a beautiful room with a great view, and the dining options, especially at breakfast, were absolutely marvelous. However, I did find the pillow a bit too soft for my liking, which affected my comfort a little during the stay.
